Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from our Selfnamed fulfillment center. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience as we ensure each order is handled with the attention it deserves.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer two shipping methods for all U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to 25 countries worldwide through our trusted distribution partner, Selfnamed. International orders are shipped with the following estimated timelines after processing:

  • Standard International — Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days
  • Express International — Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days

Shipping costs and available methods will be displayed at checkout based on your destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or regional holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
